At Rustler Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack Securely

  Place your hat in its original branded box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached and the brim is protected.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
